What the app runs on

Recert runs entirely on Atlassian’s Forge platform (“Runs on Atlassian”). Availability of the app follows the availability of the customer’s Atlassian site and of the Forge platform, which Atlassian operates and publishes status for at https://status.atlassian.com. We operate no servers of our own and therefore make no separate uptime commitment.

Support hours and response targets

• Channel: GitHub Issues at https://github.com/ezekiel06/recert-site/issues, or private vulnerability reporting on the same repository for security matters.
• First response: within two business days.
• Security reports: acknowledged within one business day; fixes are prioritised above all other work and released through the Atlassian Marketplace review process.
• Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, US time.

Fixes and releases

Fixes are shipped as new app versions through the Atlassian Marketplace. Customers receive them automatically once Atlassian’s review completes; timing of that review is outside our control.

Data

The app stores no data outside the customer’s Atlassian site. See the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long, and the security page for how access to it is controlled.
