Recert terms of use

Effective 1 October 2026.

These are the end-user terms for Recert — Access Reviews for Jira and Confluence (“the app”), published on the Atlassian Marketplace by its developer (“Provider”, “we”).

1. The agreement

Your use of the app is governed by the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) (also published by Bonterms at bonterms.com/standard/end-user-agreement-v1), as modified by the Provider-Specific Terms in section 2 below. By installing or using the app, you agree to that agreement. Where the Provider-Specific Terms and the standard agreement conflict, the Provider-Specific Terms apply.

You buy the app through the Atlassian Marketplace. Prices, trials, billing and refunds are handled by Atlassian under its Marketplace Terms of Use.

2. Provider-Specific Terms

Notices. Provider’s notice address is support@recert.dev. Security matters go to security@recert.dev, as described in the security policy.

Governing law and courts. No change: the standard agreement’s defaults apply.

Customer data and privacy. What the app reads, stores and deletes, and where, is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. The app runs entirely on Atlassian’s Forge platform (“Runs on Atlassian”); it sends no data outside your Atlassian site.

Support. Support channels, hours and response targets are on the support page and in the support and service statement.

What the app is. The app helps you run access reviews and keep a record of them. It does not change anyone’s access in Jira or Confluence by itself; decisions to revoke access are carried out by your administrators. You remain responsible for your own compliance program and for the conclusions you draw from the app’s reports.

3. Changes

Material changes to these terms are dated at the top of this page. Questions go to the support page.
